Polarization Materials, Devices and Applications

Energy conversion devices based on charge polarization of condensed matters are the hot topics in condensed matter physics, electronic science and technology, which have broad application prospects in information industry, Internet of things and artificial intelligence. The research directions of the group of polarization materials, devices and applications mainly include: (1) The coupling mechanism and application of the hybrid energy harvesting devices; (2) The polarization regulation of photoelectric properties in novel ferroelectric and piezoelectric materials; (3) The intelligent sensing system based on nanogenerators technology. The research group is managed and organized by Dr. Haiwu Zheng, distinguished professor in Henan province. There are more than 20 team members now, including one professor, one associate professors, five lecturers, and seventeen students.
