On October 18, 2020,  Professor  Xianyou Wang, Dean of the Graduate School of Xiangtan University,  National Excellent Youth Award, Researcher Shimou Chen from the Institute of Process Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Researcher Suo Liumin from the Institute of Physics, national talent project candidate, Professor Jianan Zhang of Zhengzhou University, Xiangjiang Scholar, Associate Professor  Haiyan Wang of Central South University  attended the Gewu Academic Forum and gave a series of lectures on new energy materials and devices. The lecture was hosted by Professor Bai Ying, vice dean of the School of Physics and Electronics. Some teachers and students from the School of Physics and Electronics, Nanomaterials Engineering Research Center, and the Key Laboratory of Special Functions listened the lecture.
