Short Biography:

Sun Xianwen is an associate professor and a master tutor. She received a Bachelor degree in 2000, a master degree in optics in 2003, and a Ph.D in condensed matter physics in 2011 from Henan University. He studied at Stanford for two years as a visiting scholar in 2015 and 2016.

Research interests:

She is mainly engaged in the research of semiconductor device physics and new-principle information devices. In the recent years, she has published 8 SCI papers by the first andcommunication author, and has hosted and participated in 6 provincial and national research projects. She also participated in a textbook.
