Short Biography: Mingguo Liu received the B.S. degree, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree, in 2012, both in electronics engineering, and both from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China. He is currently an Associate Professor with the

School of Physics and Electronics, Henan University, Kaifeng, China. His

Research interests: Current research interests include evolutionary computation and its applications in automated analog circuit design and faulttolerant circuit design.
