Short Biography: As thedirector of the general physics experiment center of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center,he obtained B.phys. from Henan University in 1987. He joined in school of physics and electronics, Henan university in 2002. In 2011, he won the first prize for the teaching skills competition in Henan Province . In the same year, he won the Henan University’s Grand Prize for Teaching Quality . He was awarded the pacesetter of Henan province teaching, got special prizes of the "Teaching Quality Award" of Henan University twice and first prizes twice. He was awarded the title of Henan University's teacher's ethics and outstanding communist. He have presided and completed 5 teaching and reform projects of the Henan University. He has published journal papers over 10.
